Hi I’m Jim Pemberton. For over 40 years I’ve been involved in all aspects of the cleaning and restoration industry, and have found, and continue to find it, fascinating and challenging.
During those years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my thoughts with people just like you, and have often learned from as much as taught those who have attended the classes I’ve taught across North America.
Here on this site I’ll share those things I’ve learned with you, and will hope to hear back from you about the pressing issues you face in this ever changing business.
